Summary

The article outlines the key priorities of macroeconomic and fiscal state programming, taking into account the analysis of the existing experience of reforms in Ukraine under the influence of international financial organizations.

The need for a critical rethinking of cooperation between Ukraine and international financial organizations under the conditions of political and social transformations in Ukraine and the world is argued.

The possibility of correcting economic reforms in Ukraine is shown taking into account the requirements of international financial institutions in conditions of increasing national protectionism.
